You can stop searching! By far the best in town, you won’t find better than the team at German Service Shop. HONEST with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORK as well. Was preparing myself to spend thousands of $$$$ on new clutch, they saved me heaps of money by being thorough replacing the clutch fluid first, instead of just putting in a new clutch kit. My car is now running like a dream, smooth as a baby! One very happy customer here, special shout out to Brad and Tom, can’t thank them enough!
Frequent customer over the last 4 years. Brad and the team are always transparent in servicing and maintaining our 2009 golf. They take the time to explain what my options are, and they stand by their work.The car isn’t worth too much given it’s age - I really appreciate them taking a lot and helping me decide what to prioritise when fixing items.If it’s a very quick fix or a repeat issue - they’ve been very generous in fitting me in quickly and at little/no cost - this shows me they stand by their work.Recommend booking annual service far in advance if you need a loan car.We live about an hour away, but I keep coming back to due trust they’ve earned.When our head unit (entertainment system) died, dealerships and other mechanic didn’t want to touch it. Brad was able to get this sent off and fixed for a reasonable price.
I’ve been meaning to write a review since December but have been extremely busy (Apologies for the late review!) I would like to thank Brad, Sven and the rest of the team on an amazing job they did for my car. They went above and beyond to find time to service my car even though they were very busy (I really appreciate it! Thanks!) They did an amazing job and even gave me a loaner car for the day while they service my car. I was also provided a report on what items needs to be replaced, I was even surprised that my car was cleaned professionally as well! I can highly recommend German Service Shop for their excellent customer service and fantastic job done on servicing my car. I will definitely not go to another dealership again as they can never provide the best customer service like what the German Service Shop can provide. My next new car will definitely be service here. Price, service and customer service is fantastic! Excellent job guys!
I can not recommend these guys HIGH ENOUGH... First time servicing my beloved Audi outside of Audi Australia's network and with a tonne of research I found Sven, Brad and the team and I was simply blown away. Quality of work, prices, level of visibility on the work being done (info and timing) as well as professionalism and friendliness is unbelievably good, rivaling if not beating the OEM service network. So much so that if you own a German (late model all the way to oldies) and you take it to a different mechanic you are doing both yourself, your pocket and your car a disservice! The only issue with these guys is how busy they are and how early you can get a booking which I hope can be resolved. Go ahead book your car in and thank me later!!!
